What happens to my credits if a generation fails?
They come back. Credits are debited before the provider is called, and if the provider returns nothing the full amount is credited back as its own entry. Nothing is edited after the fact — you see the debit and the return side by side in your ledger, with the job they belong to.
Who owns what I make?
You do. On any paid plan the licence is commercial, so you can sell and publish the output. On the free plan the work is yours to keep and share but not to sell — that is the one thing a paid plan changes about rights.
How long are my files kept?
By plan: 30 days on Free, 12 months on Starter and Pro, 24 months on Studio. Anything you download is yours to keep for as long as you like, independently of that.
What happens when I delete something other work came from?
The file is deleted and the lineage record stays as a tombstone. Its children still show that they came from it, and what prompt and model made it, but the image or clip itself is gone. Deleting a parent never deletes its children.
Do my prompts train anything?
Not here. Prompts and references are sent to the model provider that runs your generation — kie.ai or fal.ai, named on every job — for the sole purpose of producing that result. This studio trains no model of its own on your work.
